Barr. Vincent Boah represents various companies and individuals in corporate and commercial litigations, arbitrations (domestic and international) and undertakes general transactional work.
Kwaku has extensive experience in Arbitration, either as Counsel or as an Arbitrator and heads the firms Arbitration practice group.
Clients value Kwaku’s vast and varied litigation experience. He has argued successfully before all the Superior Courts of Ghana, either as Lead Counsel or as part of F K Robert Chambers & Partners team.
He was part of the firm’s team that won the supreme court case of Ps Investment vs Ceredec, which is the leading Ghanaian case on Company law and minority shareholder projection in Ghana.
Kwaku’s keen interest in sports law stems from his football playing days in school, and his foray into part time football management.
